History comes alive on the second floor of the offices of the CHIO Aachen. More than 400 exhibits from the history of the “World Equestrian Festival” that dates back to 1898 are exhibited there. The past and the present can also be experienced in digital and multimedia formats. Tanja Hendrix, who visited the CHIO Aachen Museum together with a group from the St. Dionysius parish from Kerken, recently also examined the historical collection. And Anton Schultheis, one of the voluntary museum employees, had been counting the exact number of visitors: Tanja Hendrix was the 10,000th participant of a tour around the museum. To celebrate the occasion she was presented with a bouquet of flowers by the Chairman of the Aachen-Laurensberger Rennverein, Frank Kemperman. The organisers also sent her two admission tickets for the Opening Ceremony of the CHIO Aachen 2017.
