CHIO Aachen 2025: Submit photos for "Silver Camera" now

This prize places the focus on those people, who are otherwise always found standing behind the camera: The renowned photographer’s prize, the “Silver Camera”, is presented during the World Equestrian Festival, CHIO Aachen 2025.

The prize for the best international equestrian sport photo of the year is conferred by the Aachen-Laurensberger Rennverein e.V., organisers of the CHIO Aachen. The photographs illustrating equestrian sport motifs from all over the globe have to have been taken after May 24th, 2024. The entry deadline is May 24th, 2025.

In addition to receiving the “Silver Camera” trophy, the winner picks up 2,500 Euros in prize-money. Second place is endowed with 1,000 Euros, whilst the person, who comes third, can look forward to 500 Euros in prize-money.

The announcement of the media prize as well as all terms of participation and a link to the registration form can be found here.

Three people are standing next to each other on a green lawn, each holding an award in their hands. Two of the people are wearing framed certificates with the inscription ‘Silver Camera’, while the person in the centre is also holding a silver trophy. They are formally dressed, and a grandstand and other people can be vaguely recognised in the background. The scene looks solemn and professional.
